This switch is new, it has never been used. All we needed to do was to replace the wire on the controller as it had become brittle and cracked from age. The orange outside box shows some wear from age and is missing one inside flap from each end. The cardboard insert is in new condition. The controller box is also included and is in new condition. The original instruction sheet is included. This switch even includes the green hook-up wire that is intended for use with the constant voltage plug!
