This is a pretty rare signal that includes a ringing bell. The internal mechanism flashes the lights and rings the bell. This one is in excellent minus condition and it works great. The only reason for the "minus" is that the "ING" part of the crossbuck was cracked (not broken off) between the letters "N" and "I" and has been repaired which is barely noticeable. This is a great operating accessory that is hard to find.
