Here is a great operating accessory. It is in like new condition and works fine. The gate lowers when a train approaches and raises when it has passed. There is a light that illuminates the red lanterns on the top of the crossing arm. We are including a #145C contactor which is the piece you need to activate the gate or you can wire it to use insulated track sections.
