This Budd car runs great and the shell is in very good condition. However, there has been corrosion caused by a leaking battery to the chassis and some internal parts. This damage is not visible on the outside but affected the battery bracket, horn mechanism and the center light bulb holder. The E-unit is fine and operates properly and the bulbs on either end illuminate properly so it is mainly the horn that does not work. There are no breaks or cracks in the shell and the couplers work. So, if you need a Budd car and don't care if the horn works, this is a great deal for you!
