This is a complete set as it was shipped from Lionel in 1937. It works.! The gateman comes out to signal using his lantern. There is some paint loss on the base and roof. Paint is still glossy. The box is in very good condition. The #41 accessory contactor comes in its original box which is in excellent condition. The instruction sheet, numbered 45N-1 35M-3-37 has torn at the middle fold and is fragile.
