This item has been used on a layout. It works fine. There is a melt mark on
the base caused by the original owner soldering the hookup wires to the clips on
the underside of the base, small spot of glue residue on the base where a figure
was glued on, one of the hookup clips on the underside of the base has come
loose from the base. None of these defects affects the operation and are
actually barely noticeable but we have to mention them. Includes instruction
booklet and all parts.
