This is the operating Coal House. It can be manually loaded with coal, then the coal can be dumped remotely using a #96C control switch (included). The Coal house is made of all metal construction and in very good condition. There is no rust. It has minor play wear and the back wall has a slight bend in it at the top of the window where the roof has caught it when someone slid the roof on to the top. This is a very rare item and hard to find in very good or better condition.

The base measures 6" X 4-3/4" and it is 12" tall.
