This engine is new in the box and has not been run. We have tested it to make sure that all features work and that it runs properly. We did find that in conventional operation mode, the horn and bell do not sound. In conventional mode the RailSounds do work though. In Command Control operation mode, all sounds work including the horn and bell. If you run in TMCC only, then this engine is a great buy! It includes the instructions and other paperwork. Comes in the original box with Styrofoam packing insert and all packing materials.
