Here is a nice early steam and passenger set. It includes THE GENERAL engine and three passenger cars. (Two coaches and a baggage car)

The General Steam Engine is a authentic model of the wood burning steam engine which participated in "the Great Locomotive Race" during the Civil War. The cars duplicate the passenger cars typical of those used in the 1800's. When pulled by the historic General, they make up a beautiful and authentic train representative of those which were so important ti the expansion of America.

We are grading the condition of this set as Excellent. (it is actually between Excellent and Like New). There is no damage or defects on any of the items. It has been run and there is a slight bit of box rub on the tops of some items which has made the paint a little glossy in those spots. We have checked everything out and tested the engine to make sure it runs properly. Each item has its own individual original box. This is a great little set!
