This engine is in Good condition. It runs great but the horn does not work. We have tested the horn by itself and it does sound but it will not operate using the transformer. The relay does work so the issue probably is electrical ground connectivity. Someone that wants to spend the time could probably get it working. There is a small chip in the plastic at the back edge of the cab roof.
