Description

Wow and Wow!  We rarely come across any postwar items that are new/mint and have never been run. And this one has a box that is in P-9, store new condition. What a find for the collector who wants high quality items in their collection. Make sure to view the pictures.

Features:

  • O-Gauge
  • Die-cast couplers
  • Die-cast trucks
  • Metal wheels & axles
  • Opening doors
  • Metal door guides
  • Metal chassis
  • Metal brake wheel

Red painted body with white heat stamped lettering, red multi-block doors, actually numbered 6464525, brake wheel, bar-end trucks with tab couplers, type IIb body mold. Note that on one side, there is a factory error where the white lines that are just below and between the O & L in Minneapolis appear to be scratched off. This is not a scratch! I have seen this same error on other 6464-525 cars, sometimes it is even worse with a complete gap in the lines. I really believe that this car was barely out of the box in its lifetime and certainly never run. The box is really solid with no damage.
