This set is in Like New condition. It looks like the engine & passenger cars were removed from the boxes, run around the track just a couple of times and then packed back up in the set box. The information packet with Quick-Start video CD is still sealed up in its original plastic bag and has not been opened The track & transformer have never been used. The set box shows a little shelf wear on one side. So, this is basically a new set. We have tested the engine & passenger cars to make sure they are properly operational and all features work.
