Item Availability
Graham's Train's inventory is always up
to date. Our inventory database is updated in real time as items are purchased.
If the item shows a quantity of one or more available, then we have it. There is
no need to contact us to verify the availability before you can place your
order. If you click the "Buy Now" or "Add to Cart" button
and your shopping cart is still empty, that means that you have found an out of
date web page that was archived or saved by an internet search engine. To make
sure that the item page you are seeing is the most updated, key the manufacturer's item number
into the search box at the left side of the page and then click "go".
This will then search our site for that item and update the page. If the
quantity still shows one or more available then it may be ordered. If the
quantity shows "Out of Stock" then that means that we have sold out of
that item. If you have already put the item in your shopping cart, then the item
is on reserve for you and the item quantity available will show "Sold Out", however, until your payment is processed, the item will still be
available for sale to other customers.
Train Values
Please do not call us with the following question: "How much is my train worth?" or "How much is that train that I saw on Ebay or at a yard sale worth?" There are many factors that contribute to the "value" of model trains and unfortunately, we do not have the time to research this for everyone that calls. Graham's Trains accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and PayPal. All credit card purchases can be made directly online from our web site. If you cannot enter your credit card and shipping information yourself, contact us at the phone number listed below and we can enter your order and payment details. For security reasons, do not e-mail credit card numbers.
