Lionel 6-1451 Erie-Lackawanna Limited Collector Set

Here is a fantastic collector set from 1984. It is new in the box and has never been run. The original owner was meticulous about his collection so only the plastic shrink wrap was neatly cut so that it exposed the contents of the box. The shrink wrap is still wrapped around the box. The items were only removed for inspection and for taking the pictures for this listing. The original owner was a packaging engineer and he fabricated custom boxes for all of his collection. So, this set box has been stored in one of his boxes for all these years. Consequently, there are no marks, scratches or shelf wear on the set box. Usually, these boxes have dings and damage just due to storage, not this one!

• 6-6906 Erie Lackawanna extended vision caboose with illuminated interior (note: the chimney has not been installed and is taped underneath the car in one of the battery boxes)
