Lionel Super-O Track 38-Curves, 48 Straights Plus More, Includes Center Rail Buss Bars

Here is a group of Lionel Super-O Track. Lionel produced this track system from 1957 through 1966. It is more realistic in appearance than standard tubular track with 16 ties per straight track section vs. 3-ties on tubular track. The outside rails are of a "T" shape that resembled real track plus it is better for Lionel's Magnetraction as it has a flat surface vs. the rounded surface on tubular track. It takes 12 Super-O Curves to make a complete 38" diameter circle.

This grouping has been used on a layout and has some dirt accumulation on the ties. The rails are generally clean but you will want to clean them prior to using. There are enough center rail buss bars included for all sections. By the way, each bus bar costs $0.60 each from a parts dealer.
