In the early 1900's the New York Central came to stand for the ultimate in luxurious and reliable passenger travel. The "Twentieth Century Limited" provided 65 years of outstanding service between New York City and Chicago from 1902 until 1967. In the late forties, the line converted to diesel power and their trains were pulled by big Alco's or triple GM-EMD F3's. These handsome smooth sided passenger cars are authentic O-Gauge replicas from this heyday of New York Central passenger Service.
