This item has been nicely pre-weathered to make it look more realistic. Graffiti decals have been added to give it that special look. The weathering and decals are removable if you desire. Clean with a toothbrush, warm water and mild soap. The light white painted graffiti probably will not come off. Without the weathering, this item would rate like new condition but we are grading it excellent.
